Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
Preparing excel sheets
Managing incoming and outgoing paper work
Perfect speaking and writing in English is a must
Will be responsible about all the administration tasks
Welcoming any guest and do the necessary actions
Organize meetings and conferences.
In charge of Filing procedures for soft/ hard copies.
Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
Coordinates office management activities.
Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Provide management with daily reports.
Responsible for typing letters, memoranda, faxes, reports, etc.
Responsible for handling simple requests from employees.
Responsible for the company's communication billings.
