Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive Phone calls and respond accordingly.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
  • Preparing excel sheets
  • Managing incoming and outgoing paper work
  • Perfect speaking and writing in English is a must
  • Will be responsible about all the administration tasks
  • Welcoming any guest and do the necessary actions
  • Organize meetings and conferences.
  • In charge of Filing procedures for soft/ hard copies.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Coordinates office management activities.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Provide management with daily reports.
  • Responsible for typing letters, memoranda, faxes, reports, etc.
  • Responsible for handling simple requests from employees.
  • Responsible for the company's communication billings.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
